At VOID PACKS, we are committed to delivering our innovative Vacuum Backpacks to travelers and commuters worldwide. We use premium shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We offer Fast & Tracked Shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3-8 business days.

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7-12 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 7-15 business days.

Note: These are estimated delivery times. Factors such as customs clearance or local postal delays may occasionally extend these timeframes, though we always aim for the fastest possible delivery.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the system.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

VOID PACKS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at voidpacksofficial@outlook.com. Once the order has been processed, we may not be able to change the address.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

VOID PACKS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery details and tracking information for the customer to investigate with the carrier.
