Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase reached you, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your VOID PACKS bag must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Wise or your Credit Card) within a few business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at voidpacksofficial@outlook.com.
Return Shipping Costs We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Therefore, VOID PACKS covers the return shipping costs for all eligible returns. Please contact our support team at voidpacksofficial@outlook.com to receive your prepaid return label or further instructions.
